My elderly mother needed a large calendar for all her notes and poor eyesight. This one was the largest that I could find. It is simple and has large areas to write on but it is not too stiff. It is hard to hang on a wall because the top sides want to fold in to the center. You need 2 nails to hang it. One won't do! It wasn't a stock item and was custom made for my order. That extended the delivery time. It is so big that it is hard to fill out on a table. I've gone smaller since it. If you can manage and need the size, get it. great calendar
I just ordered the Mammoth calendar for the third year in a row. I love it - I can finally see everything the 7 of us have planned. "If it's not on the calendar, it's not allowed to happen" is my mantra.
I agree with the review wishing it had another month - I'd even say I'd pay more for an extra 6 months (the academic year). Then again, the only other problem I've had has been that it's so heavy that it rips off the wall occasionally (that could also be because we flip to the next month a lot, though). It's not elegant or beautiful, but extremely functional.
Overall, it exactly fit my needs and I'm happy with it.
The calendar is great and HUGE!! It takes up half of the door. However, it arrived a whole month late, not until February when I had ordered it at the end of December. Therefore, we missed an entire month of using it which was not right!! Next time, we will order it from another distributor.
Awesome, huge calendar. Just wished it had a month or 2 of the previous year so I could start using it now! )
This is fantastic for all those appointments and seeing dates for across the room. I would buy this each year as long as they keep making it.
This calendar is perfect for the family that needs enough space to write numerous
appointments.. Who needs pictures when what you really need is room to write.
